Mac - Bartender 3 - Updates

Bartender 3.0.33 Update 12/12/2017

Bug Fixes
• Better compatibility with some app setups
• Adding in compatibility for more unusual app setups.
RTL Support
• Bartender 3 would not work on a RTL setup mac, as all logic assumed menu items on the right of the screen.
• Improved reliability on some systems
• For some users Bartender has been underperforming / not working correctly. With a lot of help from a user (thank you) to debug / log this, it should now work properly and performance should be better. We are still working on improving this
